Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their e-mail address and name) and no financial information is processed when placing a booking. As part of the booking we require some personal/medical information, this is only used as a precaution to ensure the workshop and course provides a safe environment for all attending the course/workshop. Contact information from the booking form is used to confirm bookings, provide further course information, and occasional future workshops. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary regarding the booking. All forms and bookings are placed under a secure SSL certified website.
All personal information is safely stored on a secure cloud-based server along with an encrypted hard drive.
